Before the vision became clear, there was chaos.
The roots of Clear Vision date 15 years back. It was then that the guitarist Petri, the driving force of Clear Vision, decided to form a metal group with a motley crew that became a home for Johnny (bass) and Jaakko (vocals). The short-lived band was named Chaotic.
Fast forward to 2020. Coronavirus is setting the world ablaze. The idea of a new group mixing 80’s cheesy rock antics and modern groove metal starts boiling in Petri's head during lockdowns. Petri quickly gathered a group to fulfill his vision.
Among old bandmates Johnny and Jaakko he recruited drummer Mikko Laihanen (well known from Finnish melodeath monster Pain Confessor). The band was completed with Mika Koskimies. A man with a voice to send shivers down your spine.
With their unique blend of emotional pop choruses and nihilistic metal roughness, Clear Vision brings the party - with a dark twist.
Prepare yourself for 2023 for it is about to get wild!
